What this site collects automatically
Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts — nothing on any page contacts another company's servers.
Almost every page runs no JavaScript at all. Two are exceptions. The home page loads a small script that decides whether to play the introductory animation; that decision is made entirely in your browser, nothing about it is sent anywhere, and it stores one flag in session storage so the animation does not replay on every page view. That flag is discarded when you close the tab and is never readable by us. The contact page loads a script that submits the form without reloading the page — it sends only what you typed, and only when you press send.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you. We also operate a Google Search Console property for this domain, which reports aggregate search statistics — query, impression and click totals, never individuals.
What we collect if you contact us
The contact form is active. When you send it we receive and store what you typed: your name, your email address, and — where you fill them in — your company or channel, the problem you described, what you told us you can currently measure, the outcome you want, and the budget range you selected.
Alongside that we store three technical values, and it is worth saying exactly what each is for:
- A one-way hash of your IP address. Not the address itself. It exists only to limit how many submissions can come from one connection in an hour, so the form cannot be flooded. It cannot be reversed into your IP and we do not use it to identify or track you.
- Your browser's user-agent string — the line your browser sends describing itself. We keep it to tell automated submissions from real ones when something looks wrong.
- The page origin the form was sent from. This confirms the submission came from this site rather than a copy of the form hosted elsewhere.
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in our own account, and a notification is sent to our internal team channel. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or added to a marketing list. We use them to reply to you and to judge whether we can help.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
